Feast of the Black Nazarene in Quiapo

Last January 9, 2014 the procession of the Black Nazarene was successfully accomplished after a long journey of the million devotees who risk their lives in joining the translacion that commemorates the transfer of the sacred image from the original church in Intramuros to the Church in Quiapo Manila in 1787.
The LPGMA Fire and Rescue Volunteers together with the trained Medical Team of LPGMA Party List participated in the Feast of the Black Nazarene by stationing a First Aid Booth along the routes of the held procession. They gave first aid treatment to those devotees who ended up injured and wounded during and after the procession.
